A suicide bombing in Egypt kills a busload of foreign tourists. The Holy Voice, an extremist faction with an agenda of open aggression. claims responsibility. Mack Bolan gets executive approval to hunt down the terrorists before more Americans die.

Bolan mounts a relentless campaign against the enemy, wiping out their weapons cache and diffusing acts of escalating atrocities. A hit-and-git trek lands him face-to-face with the leader of the Holy Voice.
