Terror in the Valley

When a small almost insignificant earth quake affects the Gulf of Mexico no one seems to notice. As the Gulf waters begin to warm the alarm begins to spread. It's the start of Hurricane season and the first storm is coming in. With the Gulf waters warming the gulf begins to fuel the storm. There's a recipe in the works.
As the storm gains power the lives of many of the Valley residents become affected.
Even an investigation by the combined forces of the Border Patrol and the Treasury Department has to take a back seat to the storm.
