Teddy's Place

Many years ago, I was confronted with horrible news that my best friend in the whole world was gone. My best friend's name was Teddy and he was a beautiful Akita, he was loving, gentle and simply put, my BIG baby! Up until a year ago, I still could not bring myself to look at his pictures without sobbing. I have lost pets in the past, but he held a very special place in my heart that I just can't explain. I decided last year that it was time, I thought to try to deal with the grief and do something to help remember the good times and hopefully make me smile. I decided to try to sum up our short life together in words and of course to bring some of the best memories to life. I inevitably came up with "Teddy's Place". An illustrated account of my best friend, and a mean's to try to make sense of losing him.
