This story is about The Abraxas Brothers-the four men who control all the smut in the country-are being mysteriously stilettoed. One is done in on a drying out dude ranch, another is disposed of on the desert outside Las Vegas and a third is dispatched in Disneyland. Is the fourth brother-handsome, virile Xenos (with an obscene tattoo on his tummy)-the killer or the next victim? Eve drum, the lady from L.U.S.T., is called in to see what's behind the killings. As usual she solves the case, but not before she gives her all for her country.
