Tangled Web

Philip Fernandez, ex-pilot with the Argentinian Air Force, traumatised by his experiences in the Falklands War and plagued by nightmares which would be with him for the rest of his life, changed his name and left Argentina to make a new life for himself in Europe. Following a broken marriage, he meets Nina Anatov, a senior projects engineer for the soviet aircraft industry, which results in him becoming embroiled in espionage, supplying MI6 with information on new Russian aircraft design. After Nina's sudden death, he switches sides. Now a double agent, he is being sought both by the KGB and MI6. Moving to the mediterranean to be with the new woman in his life, he finds to his cost that his past is rapidly catching up with him. He is powerless to stop the flow of tragic events which happen to those around him, also increasingly aware that the KGB are getting closer. The nightmares continue...
