Tangled Strings

Tangled Strings weaves together three mother-daughter relationships in very distinct ways. In "Secrets" a woman decides to stay in Krakow after her tour group's departure, because of a secret her dying mother revealed. The woman in "Promises" welcomes her favorite grandchild into her home, but their shared enjoyment is damaged by a careless remark and disillusionment. In "Lies," a woman is forced to recognize her role in a girl's horrific childhood when the troubled daughter writes a best-selling memoir.
