A: Nope! Taken Away is a completely free standing, origins story. William does appear in other books that are part of the main series, but that story line all takes place after Taken Away

Q: Are Samantha and Tristan (from the main series) in Taken Away?
A: They are not. This is a completely new cast of characters, exclusive to this story, besides William.

Q: Is there time travel in these books, like the rest of The Swept Away Saga?
A: Not in this one. This is an origins story for a character who will be joining The Swept Away Saga in book three, Hidden Away.
