Mayor Ben Corbett thought that a night in jail was just the ticket. It would show lovely movie scout, Morgan Gerard, that his Long Island community had rules--and it would ensure that she leave town at dawn. But neither Ben nor Morgan had anticipated the storm that would trap them in a single jail cell illuminated only by a blinding flash of love-hate.
