Sydney Blackmun's penchant for projects was well-known to her family and friends. She was always taking on half a dozen new and outlandish schemes. But this summer, she vowed to relax and concentrate on one project--refurbishing a Victorian house in Ocean City. Until she met her neighbor Blake Mansfield....

Blake had come to Ocean City to work. He had no time for romping on the beach with Sydney. Sydney, however, was not about to be ignored. Her energy and enthusiasm made Blake realize what had been missing from his life-fun! And Sydney was nothing but fun ... or was she?
