It all started when feisty photojournalist Melanie Rogers spotted Mac Chandler being abducted by two nasty-looking thugs straight out of some TV crime drama. Naturally, like the concerned citizen and incorrigible snoop she was, Melanie followed Bayview's sexy mystery man and his assailants...and ended up saving Chandler's life!
