On her way to meet Tom, outlaws attack Susan's stagecoach. Luckily, a marshal on board saves the day and no one is hurt. But then, the day Susan and Tom wed, the bank is robbed. Before they can get to know each other as man and wife, he has to ride off to San Francisco to get the Marshall.

It turns out the marshal is the same man on the stagecoach who saved Susan from the bandits. Tom feels that in Susan's eyes, he doesn't measure up to a hero like him. He also thinks the marshal is attracted to Susan.

Will jealousy and outlaws rob Susan and Tom of a chance at happiness…or will love prevail?
