For years Danni has supplied her fellow humans to Calixtus' dreaded enemy, the Akkadians, in exchange for her freedom. When her neighbor is abducted, Danni meets Ariston, a cop who's conducting the investigation. The attraction between them is immediate. The pair is on their first date when the Akkadian's unexpectedly return. Another spaceship arrives and a battle ensues. Danni finds herself abducted by Ariston and realizes she's swapped one group of dangerous alien's for another. Ariston, summoned to rescue Calixtus' leader and his men from their fate, has no choice but to take the treacherous Danni with him. When they reach Planet Taleon, the pair find themselves betrayed by the very men Ariston is sent to save. Forced to battle for their lives on one of the most dangerous planets in the universe, they must set aside their mutual distrust and work together to overcome unending adversity. They combat the elements, past contestants, inhabitants of Taleon, ferocious wildlife, and most dangerous of all...their undeniable attraction to each other.
