Surf's Up

Lizzy Jolly thinks that it is important for everyone to have a goal—even her younger brother, Ben. Kelly, their cute dachshund, didn't want Lizzy bugging her about not having goals. So Kelly hopped out of the birdbath, where she had been cooling off, and wrote a poem about goals. Then she decided to sign up for swimming lessons. Kelly is shocked to learn that the only swim instructors are Fang, the ornery cat, or Tommy Turtle, the slow moving green rock.
