Superior Species

Superior Species deals with the conflict between evolution and creation. A discovery along the bottom of the ocean leads a college research team to battle against a ruthless alien species. Marsha Peters is a young biology professor struggling with her own demons and the HIV virus slowly killing her sister. Her mentor, Dr. James Haddock, struggles with his scientific knowledge and religious convictions. The concept of Intelligent Design opens doors that allow for reconciliation between the two positions—and ultimately salvation from the Superior Species, who invade the Earth. In the end, faith in God becomes the greatest ‘weapon' to save the planet.
