He was the man most women dreamed of. Looks, charm, brains, wealth--Todd Ballard had it all, and by rights Janet should be hopelessly in love.

The bitter truth was that Todd was not only the archaeologist responsible for carrying on the excavations her father had died trying to complete, he was also the bureaucrat responsible for her father's death.
