When Rio Agostini opened a motorcycle shop beside Sophie Larson's fashion boutique, Sophie knew her business was doomed. It was hard enough attracting customers to Vancouver's rundown waterfront district without the added disadvantage of noise, fumes and gangs of leather-clad men right next door.
