Strength of Blood

Though spread apart by light years and centuries, mankind still shares common threads that sometimes become entangled in the oddest ways. Such was the case of Vak Barrick and Jeff Carlson, two men drawn together across the stars by choices in life and tragedy. One a disillusioned and hateful soldier, the other a starry-eyed and hopeful captain, both are thrown together in a fight to find themselves and who it was that shot the Lanset out of the cosmos, sending it to crash on Earth. The vengeance-driven passion of one man pulls the other with him to get back home and punish those who caused the disaster, only to find that blood is stronger than steel and could kill them both.
