Stranger in the Glen

Not every girl would want to bury herself nowadays in a quiet, uneventful Scottish Highland glen, working on her father's sheep farm, but Jan Reid loved it, and wouldn't want to spend her life in any other way. Until the arrival of a stranger in the glen turned that happy life upside down.

Who was this man who had come to live in the derelict cottage? He called himself Duncan Davidson, but was that his real name? He said he was Australian, but wasn't it just as likely that he had some connection with the MacClachan family who left the neighbourhood so many years ago? What did he want?
