Two girls find themselves alone on a remote Scottish island—with a laboratory of evil scientists who are prepared to play havoc with the weather to gain control. They must escape from the island, and get the evidence back to Edinburgh, before the scientists become unstoppable. It is a mad race across Scotland closely pursued by these villainous scientists.
