Storm of Love

There's a cyclone heading for the coast, and Gaby Forsythe hates taking passengers at the best of times, but she's stuck with Jack Fletcher as she sets off to do a regular clinic run for the Flying Doctors. She picks up a mother with a sick baby at the first stop, then at the second, a badly burned man. Fortunately, Jack's a doctor, so he takes care of the man – until the patient has a heart attack and Jack needs Gaby to land so he can attend to him. One low pass over the old landing strip chases off the donkeys who sleep on it, but doesn't move an old oil drum that cracks the landing gear as she taxis to a halt. When the weather whips into a frenzy, Gaby must find shelter for her little band, and somehow get them through the night . . .
