Lcdr Zane, a 21st century US Navy Seal finds himself in Charleston 1862. When he realizes it is not his own time line Zane decides to help the Confederates. All the weapons he introduced are ones the South was capable of making in 1863 but never thought of. Northerners will not like this book. Naval historicans will love reading what might have been. The book was written by a naval officer who served on the last active wooden ship.
