Star Voyager Patrol

This is a story that brings out the possible results from a nuclear war in todays world. Destruction and chaos would be followed by deadly radiation poison and starvation. Gangs attempt to dominate the weaker inhabitants that have somehow lived through the initial storm of death. Bart Raffley is one of the most dangerous leaders of such a gang. He is obsessed with the notion of ruling the Universe. As the years passed, a few scientists that were placed in a secure environment continued working on special projects that the American government had started before this crisis. Great strides were made to venture into outer space and explore the Universe.
