Spiro Goes West: More Adventures of Spiro the Shooting Star

Spiro is finishing another year at the Heavenly Stars School and looking forward to sleeping late every morning. Zinger, his best friend, is hoping Spiro will join the soccer team. But, to Spiroas surprise, he misses Earth and asks Mr. Zoots if he can return to Earth on another assignment. Mr. Zoots chooses Rusty Sims, a ten-year-old boy whose older brother lost his legs in an automobile accident. Rustyas parents are taking his brother to California for him to have more surgery. Then, he will be fitted with artificial legs. Rusty wants to go with them, but his parents have made reservations for him to stay at the Happy Times Dude Ranch. The dude ranch is not what the Simses expected. Nevertheless, Rusty is left behind.
