Racile Douglas was puzzled when she discovered the deed to a mystery house on Cape Cod following her mother's death. Had her mother been secretly in love with the world-famous writer who owned it?

When she arrived at the weather-beaten cottage to try to find some answers, she was greeted by the late writer's son, Clay Forrest, who soon jumped to his own conclusions.
