Some Kind of Life

Sophie Carter is a bit of a geek with a California tan. When she is uprooted from her San Diego home by her father's new job, she lands smack dab in the middle of nowhere. Now she has to figure out a way to fit in to the small Oklahoma town in which she has landed. Her rather odd philosophy on life doesn't seem to help her blend in. Cole Allen isn't exactly popular, but at least he has a second generation re-plant status. That doesn't mean much in a town where almost everyone is related or has the status of wealth. His humor seems to get him out of most of the tight spots, but is he able to help Sophie find a way to fit in? And is there anyway he can get this girl to believe life is more than just test tubes and chemical reactions? It sounds like it's just the challenge he's looking for. Together Sophie and Cole learn to navigate through Some Kind of Life.
