Snow on the Sea

At dawn in the Straits of Malacca a container ship is attacked by pirates. The captain and two members of the crew are murdered and a container carrying a drugs shipment is emptied. Exhilarated by the success of their exploit, and whilst on their way back to their base, the pirates decide to attack a private yacht. Their euphoria is short-lived. The target was not as soft as they had imagined it to be and two of the pirates are killed on board the yacht before their boat is blown up along with the drugs haul which is distributed to the sea. Marcus and Sophie had intended their sabbatical on board the yacht to be a relaxation from their normal activities. However, following their encounter with the pirates, their subsequent detention by the Singaporean authorities, they are quickly projected into another fast moving adventure involving terrorists, the CIA and Thai gangsters.
