For two young men growing up in the streets, Central City was no fairytale but fate had definite plans for them. Anarchy and mitigating circumstances expose their lives as a flimsy smoke screen that fell apart and shattered them into an unimaginable reality. Now they're at different ends of the spectrum but tied by murder and the secrets kept by a street pimp and a skin merchant that once revealed will ignite fury and cause explosive consequences, pitting them against each other with devastating effects in an undesirable haven of whores and drugs where there's no turning back once set in motion.
