FBI undercover specialist Donnie Brasco tests his luck when he travels to Julep, Louisiana, to investigate the Russian Mafia--who have set up shop at a swank private club featuring an illegal casino. Problem is, the last agent who went down bayou way never came back.

Using the name of a now-dead convict, Brasco maneuvers his way into a job at the gambling club. But when "associates" of his false identity start showing up--along with the relentless Russian assassin who's been contracted to kill him--the operation starts going south in a hurry.
