Slocum's career as a bronc buster for the Circle Z Ranch comes to a sudden end when his boss believes he started a fight among the cowhands, and fires him. After a night of drowning his sorrows in the saloon of the town of Rascality, Slocum finds he's a wanted man. His ex-employer was found dead from a gunshot wound to the back.
