Forensic psychologist Dr. Christie McMorrow and detective Bill Drummond investigate the grisly murders of three young girls. They discover human traffickers operating a child prostitution ring. Suspecting collusion among the traffickers and law enforcement, Christie and Bill face killer dogs, crooked cops, body parts thieves, and a sociopathic butcher in their search for evidence to indict the conspirators.
