The political offspring of the Nazis rise in modern Europe to form an even more hideous spectre than in the past.

A new movement has been created which intends to take control of Europe on the premise that Germany lost the war but can win by means of the peace.

Jimmy Savage, a newspaper reporter, finds himself at the forefront of an assignment investigating matters far beyond his capability having been recruited, reluctantly, for the mission by the Prime Minister of Great Britain and his Committee, not his editor.

The newly-formed order is supported financially from liquidated Nazi war treasures and is known as the Fourth Reich which plans to progress through Europe and beyond.

Jimmy Savage, a man who understands the curse of death, is faced with the offspring of the Nazi Reich as they rise and if they succeed, the world will never be the same again!
