"Silver Fox ~ The Paths Diverge" continues the story of Owain Glyndwr's fight for justice from the English monarchy, which inevitably led to his struggle, as Prince of Wales, for Welsh independence as described in "Silver Fox ~ It begins", the first part of this epic story. As in the first book the political and military struggles of Owain Glyndwr against the rule of Henry IV form the background which influences the lives of Glyndwr's family; Elffin, his youngest son together with Llewelyn and his sister Rhiannon, foster-children to the Prince. Elffin and Llewelyn aid Glyndwr in his quest to unite Wales against the English monarchy and the story ranges from Wales to France and back again, while Rhiannon has her own battles to fight and demons to conquer
