Shards of Faith

A plane crash makes Nadia a widow and tears her world apart.The fly-in lodge she and her husband ran in Eastern Alaska needs a caretaker because Nadia must go to the city and get a job. Sending her son to live with her parents for the winter eases one worry. Her best friend's pastor finds someone to watch the place while she is gone. Desperate to get out of the city and somewhere quiet, Andy takes the job and falls in love with the country. The boss lady's nighttime phone calls to him become a lifeline neither expects.
