Shadows on the Mountain

Forty thousand years ago Asian nomads came to America across the Bering Strait Land Bridge. Some believe that they were followed by a very large omnivore/scavenger that is colloquially called Bigfoot. But what few people know is that there was another. A carnivore designed to hunt Bigfoots. It stands five feet tall, is bi-pedal, with razor sharp claws, and a mouth like an alligator. It is nature's perfect killing machine. They live in the mountains of British Columbia and other places. As it happens Justin, Belinda, Andy, Jozette, Will, Lexi, Dave, Tatiana, Little Wolf and Julieta are all headed for a two week retreat from civilization in the very same habitat. Add in that there are three escaped convicts hiding out in the same area and what starts out as a relaxing trip soon turns into a nightmare.
