Shadow Moon

Distraught over the disappearance of her sister and the illness that threatens the life of her young daughter, Dale Stuart-Taylor seeks solace on the banks of a river. In the midst of a storm, a mysterious force transports her to an alien world. A man called Shadow rescues her from certain death, but though he claims to consort with slave traders, he awakens in Dale emotions she thought had died long ago with her husband. Unsettled by her unexpected attraction to her captor and frantic to return to her sick daughter, Dale still must rely on the help of a man she fears may not be worthy of her trust.
