Shadow Kisses

From the start Ronnie Williams and Bill Hampton were opponents. She had been hired to redecorate Chimneys, a huge old mansion. He was a real estate developer who kept trying to buy the mansion from Ronnie's client, Audrey Marchand. Despite their opposing interests, Ronnie and Bill found themselves driving through the Montana countryside together, enjoying intimate meals, and sharing wondrous kisses.
Yet Ronnie couldn't help noticing that Bill spent a great deal of time with Brenda Cummings, Audrey's glamorous young houseguest. She couldn't help wondering if Bill had caused the bizarre "accident" that had nearly killed Audrey one night.
