Seventeen Wishes

Christy felt ready for a change of scenery, a change in friendships, and maybe even a change of heart. But she never guessed all this reshuffling would prepare her to make Seventeen Wishes.

Summer camp means summer romance, and sixteen-year-old Christy Miller determines to pack the time with the stuff memories are made of. She envisions walks in the woods with a marvelous stranger, splashing in a sun-toasted lake with newfound friends, and the moon shedding its light on a romantic moment.

Then it all happens just as she had hoped. Yet, with her head full of dreams, her heart still feels empty. More puzzled than pleased, Christy watches as God fulfills her dreams but adds surprise touches of His own.

Will she manage to maneuver through all the unexpected events of her adventure? Will she give her heart to the camp counselor? When she blows out the candles on her birthday cake, what will she be wishing?
