Official word from the President of the United States: The Unit does not exist.

A brutal European syndicate has launched a well-financed revolution to take over the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Their strike force: high-caliber professional European mercenaries and disaffected officers and soldiers of the Congolese National Army. Their plan: neutralize the Republic's armed forces and become the new rulers. Their opposition: the Unit.

Sergeant Major Jonas Blane and his clandestine team's mission: infiltrate the Congo and wrestle control from the insurgents. Although they are outnumbered by the rebels, the members of the Unit parachute into a jungle hell to take on the challenge. Winning the hearts and minds of the enemy isn't an option. Neither is surrender. The only alternative: Follow the order of intervention to the extreme--and make it out alive.
