Secret Oasis

Desert cop Heath Jaeger isn't thrilled when an archaeologist shows up at Oasis to do some excavations at a nearby Native burial site. Heath suspects the real motive is treasure hunting rather than science, but he's thrown off balance by the guy's eager—and undeniably sexy—assistant, Wyatt Taylor. Soon he finds himself at the center of a sandstorm when a Wyatt accidentally unleashes a demonic beast from an ancient tomb.

Soon the fearsome creature is preying on Heath's fellow werewolves, and the only person with any answers has disappeared into the desert. Only Wyatt remains to assist in the hunt, but the approaching full moon is having a strange effect on him, too. Heath finds himself torn between protecting the peaceful desert community of Oasis and shielding Wyatt, the man he has fallen for, from the supershifter who has made him its next target.
