Sea Story

When I set out to write this particular narrative, it was my intention to attempt to reveal the boredom, tedium, frustration, purposeless bullying, and total lack of privacy that was the Royal Navy in the 1970's.I failed. The story simply will not allow me to write it into the shape I wanted. Instead, it has turned out to be more of a comedy of errors, and a tale of lost love.Read it for yourself, and see what you make of it.The end of this narrative is very different to that envisaged at the outset, but to me, it is very poignant.
