One highly ranked member in the Department of Defense, the CIA and NSA form a highly secret black ops organization that becomes known as Scorpions. The operatives are recruited from law enforcement and military personnel to enforce the Constitutional Laws of the United States. These Internal Security Enforcers duties were simple enough: Seek out, immobilize or eliminate enemies of the US, both foreign and domestic and to oppose the tyrannical takeover by some of the political leaders of the nation. After the second attempt by the drug cartel to take his life along with that of his wife Lynn, Louis Elliott joins the Scorpion ISE Unit.
