Scarred for Love

A jagged scar runs down the side of Lynete Rogers' face, a fiery reminder of the hell she had endured as a child. Her once soft and delicate features are marred by this mark, making her feel like a monster amongst men. Despite her best efforts to hide it under cascading locks, she is constantly reminded of it by the rejection of suitors, as she grew into adulthood. Disheartened and desperate for a fresh start, she sets off to the wild and untamed Old West as a mail order bride.
