This is the story of a young female Trauma Room physician who practices medicine in a New Hampshire White Mountain resort community. Doctor Leda Wade, along with her daughter, Rachel, sought refuge in the mountains to escape traumas of the past. All was tranquil in the tourist town until early one morning, the victim of a single car collision is rushed into the Trauma Center. As Dustin Stafford's life hangs in the balance, Leda Wade's solitude comes crashing in about her. Her peaceful existence has shattered, and her painful past is about to appear with a vengeance.
