Blake Elliot, staid mayoral candidate, was astounded. He'd been sent to investigate Savannah Lee Sherman's Le Tigre Cat School -- allegedly a shady business. Instead, he found a beautiful, outspoken woman whose expertise worked magic not only on her ornery feline pupils but with Blake as well.

Blake's suspicions were quickly replaced by passion, though Savannah was definitely not the kind of serious-minded woman a political official needed by his side.
