Satori

Lin Tang, a scholar, anonymous and destitute in medieval China…Ashok Cushman dying (or already dead) in the mountains in a contemporary but an imagined Australia…and Vyas, a sanyasin in medieval India on a journey millions of wanderers have taken and continue to take – these three characters in the tales that form SATORI each experience moments of insight, of illumination. The tales offer readers satori of their own, as they follow the three characters on their various journeys. "SATORI" is designed to be a personal experience of insight even as each of the three tales engages the readers in its narrative.
