Satan's Last Whisper is the third in the award-winning series following the adventures and misadventures of a young Scottish nobleman, Ian David Carlyle. The Gettysburg Conspiracy brings Carlyle into the American Civil War as an observer for Her Majesty, Queen Victoria. Satan's Last Whisper finds Carlyle, now the Earl of Dunkairn, on a secret quest for the Queen to the Canadian North-West in 1876. To accomplish his mission he must confront 5,000 Lakota Sioux warriors crossing into Canada under their famous leader, Sitting Bull. After joining the famous North-West Mounted Police, he must track down a serial killer who is not only targeting Sioux and Métis women, but Carlyle, himself - and those he loves.
