Josie Cord lives a dull life as a supermarket worker. The last thing she needs is a solicitor's letter telling her she's just inherited her absent father's rescue home for ill treated wolves.

She doesn't know it at the time, but inheriting CarrSafe House is going to be the least of her problems.

Animals, employees and the locals all have their own views on the new leader of the pack so before she can lead them forward, she'll have to dress the wounds of the past.
