Sam digs in, asking questions and pulling evidence from cold cases. However, the more he discovers, the more questions he creates. Is this someone so good at covering his tracks that law enforcement can't get a handle on him? Or is someone with a good imagination manipulating police? Even if he can track him down, too much about his case against Felipe is circumstantial. Sam is uncertain how to proceed—until threats come upon his own children.
