Katelyn Erickson used to have a norminal life. She used to have a family who cared for her and supported her no matter what, but that was before the anger sparked by her parent's divorce, was nurtured by some alien force. When a tragic death finally tipped her over the edge, Katelyn made a decision that almost resulted in another death,--her own But that didn't mean the end to her suffering. The Rylassians, a greedy alien race, had used their advanced technology to compromise Katelyn's emotions and then bring her back to life so that she, like so many others, could be enslaved by them.
