Cheyenne is embarking on the end of her eighth-grade year and the only thing on her mind is being selected for the ninth-grade dance team. But in the midst of tryouts Cheyenne finds herself dealing with the painful reality that her ex-boyfriend, Brandon, is now dating her former best friend! So Cheyenne comes up with a plan to try and get back at Brandon but it backfires and she becomes the topic of vicious rumors swirling around the school. Will Cheyenne rise to the challenge of overcoming this hurtful time in her life or will she crumble under pressure?
